I am an artist living in Albuquerque, but originally from Kansas. Included in my self-portrait are sunflowers and my mini-schnauzer, Gidget. "My husband asked, "How come I'm not in there, you put Gidget in?!" I had to explain that it was, after all, a SELF-Portrait. My blog is: sharonssunflowerstudio.blogspot.com. ReplyDeleteI really love this! I visited your blog too and I agree-abstract painting is SO much harder but there is the excitement of not quite knowing how things will turn out but trusting the process. Love your apples/pears painting too-so delicious!
